Description

Magnesium is involved in over 300 chemical reactions in the body, unfortunately many people are deficient in this important mineral due to a reduced amount being found in our food and soil. Magnesium is needed for the production of energy and for normal physiological function, and without it over 300 enzymatic reactions are impaired.

DIRECTIONS
Take one to two capsules daily with food, or as directed by a health practitioner.
