Methyl B Complex is a superior B complex, providing nutrients in their metabolically active, bioavailable forms, and is presented in a simple hypoallergenic capsule.

Methyl B Complex contributes to the release of energy from food, the healthy function of the nervous system, the production of hormones, and the reduction of tiredness and fatique. B vitamins support the circulatory and immune systems and help maintain the health of skin, hair and eyes.

• Provides the metabolically active forms of B vitamins
• Contains folate as methylfolate, or 5-MTHF, vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin and vitamin B6 as P-5-P
• Uses Quatrefolic®, the most advanced form of folate supplementation available, with optimum stability and bioavailability
• Hypoallergenic capsule
• Yeast free
• Suitable for vegetarians and vegans

Capsule Shell (HPMC), Vitamin B6 ( Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate), Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin-5-Phosphate), Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Hydrochloride), Pantothenic Acid (Calcium Pantothenate), Inositol, Choline Bitartrate, Niacin (Nicotinamide), Para Amino Benzoic Acid, Vitamin B12 (Adenosylcobalamin & Methylcobalamin), Folate (Calcium L-methylfolate), Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide & Magnesium Stearate), Biotin.

Directions For Use

1 capsule taken daily with food, or as professionally directed.
