Cod liver oil, vitamin A palmitate, natural lemon flavour, proprietary antioxidant blend (natural tocopherols, rosemary extract, and ascorbyl palmitate). Gelatin capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water).

 

Directions For Use

As a food supplement, take 1 capsule daily, with a meal, or as directed by a health professional.

 

Precautions

This product contains vitamin A. Do not take if you are pregnant or likely to become pregnant except on the advice of a doctor or antenatal clinic. If you are lactating, have any health condition or are taking any medication, consult your health professional before use. Use only if safety seal is intact.
