Description

OMGTEA AA Grade Matcha Green Tea is an organic, high quality tea. With a 1-star Great Taste Award, this high quality matcha is perfect for people who enjoy their matcha as a latte or smoothie and can also be consumed as a tea.

Characteristics: With a fruity flavour, delicately bitter yet smooth, sweet with a hint of umami. Beautiful green colour and fragrance. Vegan friendly and gluten free.
Very fine texture means that it is prone to lumps, but this is a sign of quality! Simply put the matcha through a tea strainer before to remove any lumps.

 

Directions For Use

Place 1/2 heaped teaspoon of matcha into a tea strainer over a mug or bowl to remove any lumps. Add a few drops of 80℃ water and mix to create a paste. Fill with more 80℃ water or milk and whisk until frothy and smooth.
