Characteristics:  mild, sweet, with a delicate aftertaste and a clear hint of umami. A luminous emerald green and rich fragrance . Vegan friendly and gluten free

Very fine texture means that it is prone to lumps, but this is a sign of quality! Simply put the matcha through a tea strainer before to remove any lumps.
