Natures Aid Cod Liver Oil Liquid provides Omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA which contribute to the normal functioning of the heart. -EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart -DHA contributes to maintenance of normal brain function -DHA and Vitamin A contribute to the maintenance of normal vision -Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal skin -Vitamin A and Vitamin D contribute to the normal function of the immune system -Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones -Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function

Directions:
Adults and children over 5 years: 10ml (2 teaspoons) daily. Children 1-5 years: 5ml (1 teaspoon) daily. Do not exceed the recommended intake.

Enriched Cod Liver Oil (Pure Cod (fish) Liver Oil, Fish Oil), Vitamin A prep. (Vitamin A, Sunflower Oil), Vitamin D3 (as Cholecalciferol).
