BetterYou Zechstein magnesium chloride comes from a natural source, deep inside the Earth’s crust. It has been protected from man-made pollutants for over 250 million years, ensuring its quality and purity.

A restorative blend of magnesium chloride, sweet orange and basil to soothe the body and focus the mind.

An essential mineral in exercise recovery, Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, the normal functioning of muscles and maintenance of healthy bones and teeth.
