Life & Soul Pure Omega-3 is super powerful with a concentrated dose of Omega-3 EPA and Omega-3 DHA in a single teaspoon.

Sourced only from sustainable fish supplies of wild anchovy, sardines and mackerel, all the fish oils are in the natural triglyceride form for easy absorption and digestion. With super fresh fish oil and just a little natural Sicilian lemon oil added, it tastes great and never repeats. Ever.

Directions For Use

Adults and children over 12 take one teaspoon or half a teaspoon daily.

Children under 12 take half a teaspoon or less.

• Fish Oil can be mixed into anything cold and is ideally taken with food, but this is not essential.
• Store in a cool place and refrigerate once opened.

 

Precautions

Contains fish. Do not take if you are taking blood thinners or are about to have surgery. Always check with a doctor if you take medication or have concerns.
