Each capsule contains:

• 125mg Omega 3 EPA
• 250mg Omega 3 DHA

 

Ingredients

Concentrated Wild Alaska Pollock oil providing Omega-3 (Fish), Capsule Shell (Gelatin [Fish], Glycerol) and Antioxidant (mixed Tocopherols ).

Directions For Use

Take 1 capsule. Any time of day.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
