Vitamins and minerals for maintaining energy and to support cognition sit alongside botanicals with a traditional use to support breast feeding. Breastfeeding Support is easily absorbed and kind to your digestion.

• 100 mg Stinging Nettle leaf
• 10 mg Lutein
• 200 mg Calcium
• 10 mg Iron
• 10 mg Zinc
• 30 mcg Selenium
• 1 mcg Vitamin B12

 

Ingredients

Lithothamnium Calcareum (Red algae) powder (providing Calcium), Fenugreek powder, Nutrient-enhanced Yeast (providing Iron, Zinc, Selenium and Vitamin B12), Vegetable cellulose (capsule shell), Stinging Nettle leaf and Marigold extract (providing Lutein). 

 

Directions For Use

Take 3 Breastfeeding Support capsules a day. Easily absorbed and kind to your digestion.

 

Warnings

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision, consult your doctor before taking any food supplement.
