Directions For Use
Shake gently before use.
Vitamin D3 +K2: Take 1 x 2.5ml (1/2 teaspoon) for 2000IU's/50mcg D3 + 100mcg K2 (60 servings). Take 1 x 1.25ml (1/4 teaspoon) for 1000IU’s/25mcg D3 + 50mcg K2 (120 servings).
Vitamin C: Take 1 x 5ml (teaspoon). You can take directly off the spoon, or individually dilute to taste, or mix both liquids together with water, a cold drink, juice, or smoothie.
Do not exceed recommended dose.
Once Opened - Please refrigerate or store in a cool dry place. Refrigeration can improve taste and longevity of your product. Re-place cap immediately after use. Store out of reach of young children.
