Directions For Use

Adults take 1 sachet a day. Up to 4 sachets a day can be taken. VSL#3 needs time to support your gut flora so is recommended to be taken for at least one month.

Sprinkle granules onto any cold food or stir into a non-fizzy drink. Try VSL#3 swirled into breakfast smoothies or post-workout protein shakes or mixed into yoghurt, cereal, and even salad.

 

Precautions

This product should be stored in a fridge. If stored outside of a fridge it will maintain its potency for up to a week if the temperature does not exceed 25 degrees Celsius.
