• Damiana (5:1 leaf extract); 50 mg - Has been shown to possess progesterone-like activity in lab tests and has been hailed as an aphrodisiac since ancient times
• Dong Quai ( 1% extract); 35 mg - Has been referred to as the female Ginseng. Traditionally it is believed to have a balancing or 'adaptogenic' effect on female hormones
• Red Clover; 100mg - Contains high amounts of isoflavones, which have oestrogen-like properties which may help balance female hormones and improve circulation
• Sage (4:1 extract); 85 mg - Nerve tonic that may help sharpen your senses. Also helps with menopausal symptoms
• Ginger ( 5% root extract); 50 mg & Licorice(4:1 leaf extract); 35 mg - considered a tonic for the digestive tract. Ginger in particular stimulates circulation
• Oat Straw (10:1 extract); 35 mg - Researched to be a soothing ingredient the seeds of which are also rich in iron, manganese, and zinc. The straw is rich in silica which may help maintain the health of the genital lining
• Hops 15 mg - This has traditionally been used as a soothing & relaxing extract

Other ingredients of Viafem:
Capsule Shell (geletine, titanium dioxide), FD&C yellow #6, FD&C red#3, Cellulose, magnesium sterate, silicoe dioxide.
