Directions For Use

SHAKE VIGOROUSLY. Add 5 mL (5 full droppers) to a large glass of juice, sports drink, or other beverage daily, especially before, during, and after strenuous activity. Store at room temperature. Some crystallization may occur, but will not affect the quality or integrity of the product. We also suggest using Keto Electrolyte Tablets for an even more potent electrolyte formula.
