Along with all the benefits of their much-loved ocean sourced magnesium, they’ve added a carefully selected combination of premium hops extract and natural 5-HTP from griffonia extract. Together Health's Magnesium is complete, containing the 5 natural forms. Our bodies are able to recognise minerals with ease when they’re taken from natural sources rather than synthetically created. This means we can identify and absorb all that natural goodness, and the goodness can start working its magic far more effectively.

Ingredients:

Directions:

Take two capsules 30 minutes prior to sleep as a food supplement with or without food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Store in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight. Consult your doctor before use if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if the seal is broken. Best before: See base.
