Shiitake is a mushroom that is native to China and Japan and is used for cooking and for its medicinal purposes. The beneficial compounds are polysaccharides. The shiitake mushroom contains proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals.

Shiitake Mushroom Powder 480mg 1 to 2 capsules per day

Contraindications

Not suitable for use during pregnancy and lactation. A pregnant woman’s immune system is purposefully lowered so that her immune system does not reject the baby.

Do not use with autoimmune conditions, unless there is a professional recommendation.

Do not use with customers who are taking immune suppressants.
