Description

Pyridoxal-5′-phosphate (P5P) is the active metabolite of pyridoxine and is the predominant form of plasma B6. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system and psychological function. Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B6 also contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.

Ingredients

Hypoallergenic plant fibre (microcrystalline cellulose), pyridoxal-5′-phosphate, ascorbyl palmitate. Vegetarian capsule (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose).

 

Each capsule provides:

• 50 mg Vitamin B6 (as ‘activated’ pyridoxal-5-phosphate)

 

Directions For Use

As a food supplement, take 1 capsule daily, with meals, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Precautions

If you are pregnant or lactating, have any health condition or are taking any medication, consult your health professional before use. Use only if safety seal is intact.
