Description

A nourishing blend supporting women’s natural hormonal balance. Pukka’s Womankind formula has been blended to nourish the mind, body and soul using a combination of naturally balancing herbs and B vitamins, helping you to feel yourself again.

Womankind contains:

Vitamin B6: promoting energy and supporting the nervous system, psychological function as well as regulating of hormonal activity.

Vitamin B2: supporting the metabolism of iron, protecting cells from oxidative stress and helping to maintain normal skin.

Vitamin B5: promoting normal mental performance.

Shatavari: known in Ayurveda as ‘she who has a hundred husbands’, referring to its ability to nourish and regulate, wholistically extracted for increased concentration and potency.

 

Directions For Use:

Take 1-2 capsules a day (675mg per capsule) with water or juice before food.

Shatavari root* 21%, Reishi full-spectrum*, Turmeric root wholistic extract*◊13%, Shatavari root wholistic extract*◊ 10%, Broccoli seed sprouts fresh freeze dried*, Green tea leaf aqueous extract*, Maca root extract*◊, Ginger root*, Arctic fresh seaweed*, Spirulina*, Vegetable cellulose capsule (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose).
