Description

28 essential vitamins & minerals with high levels of nutrients in a one-a-day formula

 1000IU of vitamin D3 (dosage recommended by Endocrine Society) to support the immune system.

400mcg of folate - the body ready form of vitamin B9 (Folic Acid) and 200% of the NRV (National Reference Value) - to support the normal function of the immune system and reduce tiredness & fatigue.

90mcg (120% of NRV) of vitamin K2 which contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.

400mcg of vitamin B12 - the active form bypassing the need for your body to convert - to reduce tiredness and fatigue and support the immune system.

5mg of Iron Bisglycinate - a well absorbed form and gentle on digestion - to reduce tiredness & fatigue.

250mg of vitamin C and 20mg of zinc to support the immune system.

Higher concentrations of vitamins B, C and D than other similar multivitamins.

 

Directions For Use

Take one tablet daily with meals, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
