Osteo Support is a multivitamin and mineral supplement formulated to help maintain strong healthy bones. It includes only the highest quality and most important nutrients, scientifically proven to help maintain good bone health, each at the highest effective dose to help achieve best results.

Osteo Support is formulated by Dr Marilyn Glenville PhD the UK's leading nutritionist specialising in women's health – in association with the Natural Health Practice. In her best-selling book 'Osteoporosis: the Silent Epidemic', Dr Glenville explains the impact of good nutrition on bones and gives in great detail a list of the most important nutrients required in order to maintain strong healthy bones.

Each serving provides:

• 130 mg elemental magnesium (from 900 mg Magnesium citrate)
• 120 mg elemental calcium (from 650 mg Calcium citrate)
• 15 mg Zinc citrate
• 5 mcg (300iu) Vitamin D
• 1 mg elemental boron (from 5 mg Sodium borate)
• 1,000 hut/g 66mg Protease
• 50,000 skbu/g 21mg Amylase
• 10,000 u/g 12mg Lipase
