Description

BioFirm™ is recommended to people, who want help to maintain a normal healthy digestion and daily elimination of waste materials by support to the liver-gall system and the urine production. The BioFirm recipe contains among other herbal ingredients artichoke and chicory root which support the metabolism of the liver and the gall production, which help the elimination of waste materials and the breaking down of fats from the diet. The tablet contains also dandelion, which supports a healthy urine production and the elimination of water soluble waste materials.

Suggestions:
To enhance the effect of the regime - reduce or eliminate from the diet: red meat, alcohol, sweets, chocolates, sugar and fatty foods. Increase the intake of wholegrain products, fresh fruit and vegetables. Take moderate exercise to stimulate the circulation, respiration and the movement of toxins out of your body.

2 tablets with a glass of water 3 times daily in connection with a meal. It is recommended to follow the regime for at least 2 weeks, preferably for 4-6 weeks for a better result. Drink plenty of water (or other liquid like tea). Not less than 1,5 litres per day.

Ingredients:
Chicory root (Cichorium intybus L.), citrus (Citrus aurantium L.), minerals (potassium citrate, magnesium oxide), filling agents (tri-calcium phosphate, di-calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose), psyllium (Semen isphagula L.), spirulina (Arthrospira platensis L.), dandelion (Taraxacum officinalis Web.), artichoke (Cynara scolymus L.), thyme (Thymus vulgaris L.), coating (magnesiumsalts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), Celery Seed (Apium graveolens), Nettle (Urtica dioica), Asparagus (Asparagus officinalis).

Caution:
Food supplements are designed to supplement the diet and should not replace a normal varied diet and healthy life style. The daily dose should not be exceeded.
