Nelson Honey´s range of Berry Fruit and Manuka Honey combines antioxidant rich berries grown in New Zealand with the unique antibacterial properties of Active Manuka Honey 12+.

Boysenberries are a hybrid of Blackberry, Raspberry and Loganberry. They are high in vitamin C and fibre and like Blackcurrants, its antioxidants that give them their dark colour.

Antioxidants have become popular for their possible role in slowing the aging process and preventing diseases such as cancer and heart disease. Research has shown that antioxidants help protect against the harmful effects of free radicals which are thought to cause cell damage.
