Description

Night is packed full of magnesium and glycine and best taken 30 minutes before you go to bed.

Night formula includes magnesium extracted from seawater which helps to maintain normal muscle function, which is essential to promote muscle relaxation before restful sleep. Alongside magnesium, Night contains widely researched, powerful herbal extracts including lemon balm and montmorency cherry. In addition the blend includes high-strength reishi mushroom and the amino acid glycine. It is recommended to take Night 30 minutes before you go to sleep.

 

Ingredients

Nutrient enhanced saccharomyces cerevisiae providing glycine, magnesium hydroxide from seawater, capsule (vegetable cellulose), lemon balm extract, reishi mushroom extract (30% polysaccharides), montmorency cherry extract.

 

Directions For Use

Take two capsules 30 minutes before sleep.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Keep out of reach of young children. This product is not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
