Description

Glutamine, considered to be the most abundant amino acid within the human body, is part of many vital functions. It is found in blood and skeletal muscles and it represents energy source for cells. It promotes the strength of immune system and is an important element in the normal function of brain and gut. Specifically, cells use Glutamine as their preferred source of fuel. The manner in which glutamine operates helps to store fuel in muscles and liver.

The glutamine supplements assist in this process in order to promote higher storage of fuel. Its fuelling function extends to affecting some immune cells, such as lymphocytes and macrophages. During heavy exercising glutamine levels decrease causing stress to your body and immune systems. For that reason serious athletes, persons under constant stress or with muscle loss should consider taking glutamine supplements, as they raise glutamine levels in cells and glutamine storage in muscles.

L-Glutamine (free form amino acid)500 mg

Other ingredients: vegetable cellulose (capsule), silica, vegetable stearate.

 

Directions For Use

Take one (1) capsule once or twice per day on an empty stomach, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
