Description

Kalms Tablets are a traditional herbal remedy containing a blend of pure plant ingredients that can bring welcome relief from worry and irritability often caused by the stresses and strains of modern living.

Kalms Tablets promote natural sleep, and can also bring relief to symptoms associated with the menopause including wakefulness, flushings and cold sweats.

Directions:
Adults and children aged 12 and over: Swallow 2 tablets three times a day with water after meals. Not recommended for children under 12 years old.
Do not take if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
It is best not to take any non-essential medication when pregnant or breast-feeding. Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking any medicine.
You must contact a doctor if symptoms worsen or do not improve after 7 days.
Kalms Tablets may make you feel sleepy. If affected, do not drive or operate any tools or machines.

Ingredients:
Hops Powder BHP 45mg, Extract of Valerian from 135mg, Extract of Gentian from 90mg.

Also contains Sucrose.

Warnings:
Side effects are not likely to occur, but if you do experience any unusual symptoms when taking this product, you should talk to your doctor.
Not recommended for children under 12 years old.

Do not take if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
