Directions For Use

When first using your Grass & Co. BIOME Chaga Capsules, we recommend you start low and go slow. Take the capsule with water at a time that works for you. Take care not to exceed the recommended limit of 2 capsules per day. Mushrooms by Grass & Co. are naturally and organically produced for optimal results. Our mushrooms are cultivated in greenhouses on substrates native to each mushroom with natural airflow and lighting.
