Ingredients

100% organic cold-pressed oil from the seeds of milk thistle (Silybum marianum (L.) Gaertn.).

 

Directions For Use

If you like to take Milk Thistle Oil neat, take one tablespoon per day. If you prefer to add it to your meals, use it like a premium extra virgin olive oil: drizzle liberally over dips, vegetables and salads. Its subtle and unique flavour will add that missing touch to savoury and vegetable-based dishes. Avoid using it for cooking, as it doesn’t like to be heated.

Store your amber glass bottle in a cool, dark place and please recycle after use.
