Description

Clearspring Organic Oolong Tea also known as a blue tea, is halfway between green and black tea. The production process, which requires great patience by our expert Japanese tea producers, involves partially fermenting the tea and then steaming it to capture the slightly smoky and subtly rich flqvour. Oolong tea Is delicious at any time of day but it is particulary popular in the East for drinking after mealtimes.
