Ingredients:
A blend of natural grasses (barley and wheat); plant source capsule shell. For the weight control: a blend of natural grasses, dried blackberry leaf, dried beetroot, carrot root, dandelion root, and rhubarb root; planet source capsule shell

Directions:
One or two capsules orally, or one capsule sublingually 30 minutes before bedtime and swallow with a small amount of water just before bedtime.
The powder can also be mixed with water. Under 12yrs half done.

Warnings:
Contraindicated for pregnant women, asthamatics and infants under 1yr. Electrosensitive half dose at first. Do not take before driving or operating machinery. Contains no colourants, preservatives or added sugar.
