By wrapping and sealing the nutrients in phospholipid liposomal spheres, these water-soluble B-vitamins are cleverly transported into the bloodstream, delivering B1, B2, B6, B12, Niacin, Pantothenic Acid, Folate (Quatrefolic®) Biotin, plus minerals Zinc, Chromium, Selenium and additional Cinnamon and Phospholipids
