Stabilised Allicin is the primary active agent generated from Garlic. Trials suggest it may lower cholesterol levels in the blood and prevent platelets sticking. It is also used to help support your body's natural defence system. Being 100% guaranteed Allicin yield it is absorbed rapidly so is unlikely to cause any adour.

Beta-Sitosterol is a plant phyto-sterol complex (a natural vegetable fat) from soya. In trials it has been shown to decrease cholesterol levels by blocking its absorption. Both ingredients can be used in conjunction to help maintain a healthy cholesterol level, support cardiovascular fitness and help your natural immune system.

Helpful lifestyle tips to maintain good cholesterol levels:

• Exercise regularly
• Eat frequent smaller meals
• Avoid saturated & hydrogenated fats

Directions:
Take 1 capsule per day with food. For maximum benefit you make take 1 capsule 2-3 times per day with food. Do not chew but swallow capsule whole with a cold drink at meal times.
