Pure Epsom Salts infused with our carefully crafted Mobility essential oil blend containing Basil, Rosemary, Peppermint and Marjoram to help soothe and relax tired, achy muscles.

Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom Salt), Picea Mariana (Black Spruce) Leaf Oil, Ocimum Basilicum (Basil) Herb Oil, Cinnamomum Camphora (Camphor) Wood Oil, Cedrus Deodara (Himalayan Cedarwood) Wood Oil, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil, Thymus Mastichina (Marjoram) Herb Oil, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Oil, Eucalyptus Citriodora (Lemon Eucalyptus) Oil, Foeniculum Vulgare Dulce (Sweet Fennel) Fruit Oil, Zingiber Officinale (Ginger) Root Oil, Betula Lenta (Sweet Birch) Bark Oil, Limonene*, Linalool*

* Naturally occurring in essential oils

 

Directions For Use

Pour 300g of salts into a warm bath and immerse yourself for 40 minutes. The first 20 minutes aid elimination and the second 20 minutes encourages mineral absorption through the skin. Ensure you drink water before and after this bath.
