Ingredients

Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) essential oil

Directions

For a relaxing experience, add a few drops to a diffuser, blend with carrier oils for massage or bath, or place two drops on a handkerchief by your pillow at bedtime to enjoy its soothing aroma.
